Ray has a deshelved look of a homeless man in a suit.  University educated (well Philosophy) he has well written intelligent comedy which twists the mundane into the absurd. Ray only started comedy in 2015 but has already progressed to being a 2017 Billy T award nominee. 
Reuben Lee Auckland based English comic. Winner of NZ Comedy Guild Most Offensive Gag. Talented funny comedian who is not scared of the controversial subjects. Regular co-host of the International Comedy Festival Show The Bad Taste Hour and The Very Worst Of The Bad Taste Hour.
Rhys Mathewson Auckland based comic. 2009 Best newcomer and 2010 Billy T Award winner. Rhys started comedy while still at school and rose pretty fast. Still in mid 20s yet highly experienced comedian who has spent time on the difficult UK scene. Great story teller and great with crowds. One of the best. 2016 NZICF Freddy Award nominee.
Richard Lindesay Auckland comedian who honed his skills in Australia and the UK. Has a great line up of clever one liners and visual gags. Having returned to NZ for a year he quickly built a profile as a very funny man. Certainly with Richard you get your moneys worth with a high number gags per minute.

Rose Matafeo Auckland comedian mostly UK based. 2013 Billy T Award winner 2017 Fred Award winner. Star of TV3's Funny Girls. 
Ross Mills Auckland based Scottish comic. Has expanded from shorter jokes to longer stories which has improved his performances. Good gag writer with funny stories who has been one of the most improved comics over the last year. 2016 Raw Comedy Quest semi finalist.

Ruby Esther 2016 Class Comedians graduate Ruby has followed that up with winning the 2017 Raw Comedy Quest. She has a mix of interconnected story telling and singing. Already a master of the comedic twist and comedic timing, this young lady has a bright future ahead.
Sam Smith Originally from Christchurch and then Wellington Sam is now based in Auckland. Previous winner of Best Newcomer at The International Comedy Festival and a Raw Comedy Quest Finalist. A writer for TV3 shows Jono & Ben and 7 Days and audience warm up for Family Feud. Sam does a mixture of short musical parodies and jokes. Clever and funny.
Sanjay Patel Auckland based comic. After becoming runner up in the 2010 Raw Comedy Quest Sanjay has gone on to become a festival regular around New Zealand and Australia. He has a deadpan almost monotone delivery of darkish sometime surreal humour. Clever writer and accomplished performer. 

Scott W. Long Auckland based comic Scott was a 2015 Raw Comedy Quest Finalist. Has since improved so could become a future force. Recently added some good crowd work into his sets. Sophia Johnson Auckland based actress producer and comedian. Very funny quirky young comic. Her hilarious impersonations of seagulls and jellyfish are often a crowd favourite. One half of the Comedy Grapevine which produces quality stand up shows.

Stephen Witt Auckland comic. Finalist in Raw Comedy Quest and Billy T Award Nominee. Has a slightly distorted view of the world. Has some very funny stories but can leave audiences confused at times. 
Stephen Papps After a couple of decades as a top kiwi actor Stephen recently turned his hand to stand up, performing in New Zealand and Australia. A very dry delivery reminiscent of a old style 21st or wedding speech Stephen takes his audience on a trip through failed romances with clever twists and turns and when you expect the unexpected he delivers the unexpected expected. Very funny.

Steven Lyons Auckland comic recently returned from 6 years in USA working the Improv circuit. A 2017 Raw Quest finalist. Steven is part of the Improv Bandits, teaches improv and also runs Shore Funny in Devonport. He has a physical element to his comedy in that he emphasises his punchlines with body movements.
